Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Campa Energy products at RCPL, your role is crucial in ensuring the achievement of primary and secondary targets in your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities include: - Facilitating the appointment of super stockists, distributors, and wholesale/retail traders. - Supporting distributors in optimizing their processes, managing ROI, ensuring claim settlement, and guiding a team of ASEs for maximum results. - Reporting on competition activities and geographical performance monthly to the Sales Manager, and implementing schemes and trade marketing plans effectively. - Conducting daily gate meetings for CSO to communicate priorities and engaging in joint fieldwork to enhance sales strategies. - Working from the market daily with CSOs to drive secondary sales at retailer points. - Collaborating on joint fieldwork with CSOs to enhance sales performance and ensure proper merchandising. - Managing inventory levels and sales targets for CSOs and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. - Regularly reviewing ASE performance, ensuring their understanding of schemes and trade marketing plans. - Focusing on recruiting talented individuals at the CSO level and effectively implementing sales training programs. - Conducting quarterly reviews with the team and mentoring potential members for career growth. - Developing a Go-to-Market strategy to enhance product footprint and increase outlet reach through strategic sales planning, including beat plans, new merchant openings, and sub-dealer appointments. In addition to the above, your role involves formulating business plans for your assigned areas to optimize top-line growth.,
