Job Description

We are a leading organization in RFID technology, providing end-to-end solutions for inventory management, asset tracking, supply chain visibility, and automation across industries. Our innovative products and customized services empower clients to improve operational efficiency and gain real-time insights. As the Business Development Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the implementation of RFID solutions. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth and establish our footprint in targeted markets. The Location of the Job will be Gurugram Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for RFID products and solutions. Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Support sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Assist in preparing RFPs, RFQs, and technical proposals in collaboration with the engineering team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and post-sales support. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads. Identify and develop new business opportunities for RFID products and solutions. Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Support sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads. Maintain sales reports, and sales forecasts accurately and on time. Contribute to pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in RFID, IoT, or enterprise tech solutions. Strong understanding of RFID technologies, applications, and industry use cases is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required.
