Business Developer

We are looking to hire International BD Person. Following is the JD –
Roles and Responsibilities:
International Market Strategy:
Develop a robust market entry strategy for client's services in the US, European & other
main markets, targeting the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target key clients in the US, European & other leading markets, such as Architects,
Engineering Companies, General Contractors/ EPC firms, etc. Build a client base by showcasing
capabilities in virtual design, construction, and digital project management
solutions.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Create tailored proposals and contracts for international clients, ensuring compliance with local
regulations and client needs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand the US, European & other main market
dynamics, client needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with US, European & other main market
clients and partners. Engage regularly to understand their evolving needs and offer solutions to
meet them.
Networking & Representation:
Represent Consultants at international conferences, webinars, and trade shows to
network with potential clients and partners, enhancing visibility in the global
market.
Collaborative Partnerships:
Establish strategic partnerships with foreign companies to expand service offerings and
strengthen foothold in the international market.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
Set clear targets for business development in the US, track performance, and report to senior
management. Achieve set business targets through effective relationship management and deal
closure.
Coordination with Technical Teams:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and
projects in line with client expectations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in international business development, particularly in the US market,
within the BIM sector.
Proven track record of closing deals and managing high-profile clients in the US.
Strong understanding of US, European & other main market regulations, client expectations, and
business etiquette.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt
messaging to different cultural contexts.
Familiarity with 3D, 4D, 5D BIM, AR/VR, and IoT services in the construction and infrastructure
sectors is preferred.
