Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and manage leads through networking, research, and digital platforms.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Explore and pursue new markets and business opportunities in IT services (Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, AI/ML).
Assist in creating business proposals, sales pitches, and client presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, and design) to deliver tailored solutions.
Work on empanelments, RFPs, tenders, and partnership opportunities when relevant.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support business growth strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the IT/Software industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas effectively.
Good understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and client requirements.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead-generation platforms, and digital outreach strategies is a plus.
