Job Description

Jole Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented business development executive to drive our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and a passion for expanding business reach. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Engage in consultative selling to address client challenges effectively. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Analytical Abilities: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating deals and closing sales. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office suite. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Prior experience in SAP Sales / IT Sales Certifications: Certifications in sales or business development are advantageous.
