Responsibilities

Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaborate with leadership team for monthly and quarterly forecasting for revenue and receivablesMaintain and review project funnel Support monthly closing and reporting for revenue and receivables for 3 RegionsMonthly MIS reporting to Leadership TeamCollaboration with all business lines and functional teams for various aspects of businessPrepare and arrange for bi-monthly Senior management revenue and receivables callsSupport all business lines and regions for P & L review and MIS Projection of overall collections for the monthAnalytical review of revenue and receivables Regional reporting on write off recommendations and status of receivablesOperational Sustainable Profitability of the BusinessDeveloping financial reports to support the region strategyHigh-level financial reporting and analysisSupport the development of detailed budget and financial forecastsDesign and maintain early alert process for financial tracking, ensuring accurate data for all financial resultsCollaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and resultsProvide perspective on business results across multiple countriesReview accruals with Accounting monthlyEstablish monthly reporting package, P&L, profitability, expenses, etc.Prepare and submits the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) cyclesMonitor overdue accounts

Data Entry

Enter financial data in a timely manner.Prepares financial, statistical and management reportsEstablish and maintains bonus, discount, sales deduction analysis and tracking reportsManage the compilation of monthly and quarterly reporting on cost savings, inflation, working capital, and other key measurement factors for the Construction Spend, Sales Booking, Cancellation & OverheadsReview of each Regional BU unit’s monthly and quarterly bridge analysisEnsure accurate functional cost accounting reconicliations and reclassifications.Manage and consolidate of the weekly and monthly working capital forecast for an overall view of the working capital position of the business.Create and maintain dashboards for use by Financial leadership and busiess unit leadership teams.Budget Planning & TrackingRegional Business Unit Heads to build their annual budgets and forecastsProducing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factorsDelivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership teamAnalysing financial and operational results to better understand company performanceReviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement effortsCommunicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operationsProvide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitabilityAssist with the deployment of budget and forecasting targets and review business unit budget packages to ensure these targets were appropriately considered.Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgetsFinancialTo assist in closure of books and finalization of periodic financial statementsLook for cost optimisation in areas inventory management, contract accounting & overheads controlling.Controlling the overall finance function of business

Qualifications

CA with Post Qualification experience of 15 Yrs.10 +Years of experience, Advisory consulting firms or FPA Analyst
