Executive – Controlling

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advice and tools to optimize performance.

Ensuring internal finance control and processes are maintained and followed in accordance with the statutory practices.
Standard cost (PK) calculation and upload, Variance analysis monthly, Support in profitability, Support in profitability, Variance analysis monthly
Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals
Cost Centre/ Product wise Profitability Reporting & Monitoring
CWIP Analysis & CAPEX Monitoring
Analysis of Net Working Capital (improving DIP, Obsolete Slow moving etc.)
Conduct and communicate financial analysis and reporting with relevant stakeholders to increase awareness leading to relevant actions and comments (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)
Inventory Aging & analysis

Country Finance Statutory, Internal & Group Audits

Ensuring timely submission of data and Analysis for Group Audit , Hard close
Responsible for Cost Audit Compliances
Driving improvements related to internal Audit observations.

Coordination with Corporate Finance

Validating and monitoring various cost allocations
Conducting Physical verification of Fixed Assets (once in a year) and stock take (once in a year)
Follow up with the finance to ensure the cost are properly allocated among profit center

Experience and required competencies:

Minimum 03-07 Years of relevant experience, SAP exposure is required

Education

CA /CMA/ Inter CA /Inter CMA/MBA (Finance)
