Business Controller

In your role as a Business Controller at H&M Production, you will collaborate with Managers to co-create goals and activities based on data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business results by ensuring seasonal strategies and routines are in place while remaining agile to adapt to changes in the business landscape. You will develop analytical tools, define KPIs, and closely monitor activities with stakeholders globally. Key Responsibilities: - Drive seasonal strategy and methods for your team. - Develop analytical tools and KPIs to facilitate decision-making. - Collaborate cross-functionally to drive optimization. - Participate in defining vision, strategy, goals, and timeline with team leaders. - Take responsibility for controlling and maintain balance between top-down and bottom-up perspectives. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Strong analytical ability, visualization skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Power BI. - Creative analytical skills, prioritization abilities, and strategic mindset. - Experience in informal leadership in a global environment is advantageous. - Good communication skills, self-driven, eager to learn, and business acumen. The role is based in either Bangalore or Delhi, India, and will involve occasional international travel. You will also learn about compliance routines and internal reporting to ensure accurate data interpretation.
