Job Description

You will be joining MyOperator, India's leading cloud-based call management system, as a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales) with field sales experience. Your role will involve driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and executing outbound sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field visits. - Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures. - Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies. - CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or field sales. - Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or cloud telephony solutions is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Field sales experience is a good-to-have; ability to meet clients and close deals in person if required. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
