Business Consultant- Insurance Advisor

• Location: Thiruvalla, Changanacherry and Kottayam (Kerala)
• Timings: Flexible
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Description

This is a Full-time / Part-time / Flexible role for a Business Consultant based in Thiruvalla, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in person via calls or digital channels to resolve queries and offer insurance recommendations.

• Review customer insurance portfolios to identify protection gaps, redundancies, or optimization opportunities.

• Stay updated on product features, claim processes, and regulatory changes across insurance categories.

• Provide clear, simple, and accurate advice to help customers make informed insurance decisions.

• Build trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product/ service improvement.

• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of interactions, reviews, and follow-up actions in CRM tools and company portal.

Required

• Experience in customer engagement, financial services, or insurance-related roles (Preferred).
• SSLC, 10+2, Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam; fluency in English and Hindi languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Finance, including an understanding of financial planning, insurance, and investment strategies will be an asset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance domain.
• Good problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
