Business Consultant

As a Consultant/Coach at Indian Manufacturing Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving high growth and profitability for businesses through your expertise. Your success in this position will be defined by your ability to independently engage with clients, understand their current situation, strategize improvement paths using best practices in Lean Manufacturing, TQM/TPM, Vendor Performance, AI/IoT, New Product Development, Quality Management, and effectively deliver on the proposed plans. Your role will involve motivating teams, ensuring their alignment with the improvement strategies, and inspiring confidence in senior and middle management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with clients on project basis to identify improvement opportunities - Utilize expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TQM/TPM, Vendor Performance, AI/IoT, New Product Development, Quality Management - Develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability - Motivate teams and ensure successful implementation of improvement plans - Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders - Drive change processes and ensure successful outcomes **Qualifications:** - Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, TQM/TPM, Vendor Performance, AI/IoT, New Product Development, Quality Management - Proficiency in English and Tamil (preferred) - Strong communication skills to inspire confidence in teams and management - Proven track record of achieving goals and driving successful outcomes Indian Manufacturing Academy, a Business Consultancy company with over 13 years of experience, is dedicated to transforming businesses and guiding them towards high growth and improved profitability.
