About the job Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Business Consultant- Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The Business Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on financial and insurance strategies, providing tailored consulting services, and supporting clients in creating robust financial plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analyses, offering expert recommendations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of customized financial solutions to meet client goals. Location: Thiruvalla, Changanacherry and Kottayam (Kerala) Timings: Flexible Working Days: Monday to Saturday Role Description This is a Full-time / Part-time / Flexible role for a Business Consultant based in Thiruvalla, Kerala. Key Responsibilities • Engage with clients in person via calls or digital channels to resolve queries and offer insurance recommendations. • Review customer insurance portfolios to identify protection gaps, redundancies, or optimization opportunities. • Stay updated on product features, claim processes, and regulatory changes across insurance categories. • Provide clear, simple, and accurate advice to help customers make informed insurance decisions. • Build trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product/ service improvement. • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of interactions, reviews, and follow-up actions in CRM tools and company portal. Required Qualifications Experience in customer engagement, financial services, or insurance-related roles (Preferred). SSLC, 10+2, Bachelor's degree Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam; fluency in English and Hindi languages are a plus. Knowledge of Finance, including an understanding of financial planning, insurance, and investment strategies will be an asset. Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance domain.
