As a Consultant / Coach at Indian Manufacturing Academy, your role is crucial in transforming businesses and guiding them towards a path of high growth and improved profitability. Success in this position entails utilizing your expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TQM / TPM, Developing Vendor performance, AI / IoT, New Product development, Quality management, and Change process to drive impactful changes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients independently to understand their current situation and identify necessary improvements - Strategize improvement paths using best practices in Lean Manufacturing, TQM / TPM, etc. - Obtain buy-in from customers for proposed improvement plans - Deliver on the prepared strategies and motivate client teams to align with the proposed changes Qualifications: - Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, TQM / TPM, Developing Vendor performance, AI / IoT, New Product development, Quality management, and Change process - Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred) - Ability to inspire confidence in senior and middle management teams - Proven track record of guiding teams towards achieving set goals If you have the required expertise and experience, and are passionate about driving positive change in businesses, please reach out to us at sreeniraok@theindianmanufacturing.com.
