Business Consultant - ERP

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level ERP Business Consultant with strong industry domain expertise to support Oracle NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will understand client business processes, translate requirements into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of NetSuite projects. Prior NetSuite experience is highly desirable, but candidates with deep domain knowledge will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and business process workshops with clients.
• Analyze, document, and map industry-specific processes to NetSuite functionalities.
• Configure and support NetSuite modules such as Financial Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, customizations, and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, solution design, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Provide post-implementation support and promote best practices of adoption.
• Develop reports and dashboards aligned with client KPIs.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Strong domain knowledge in one or more industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Professional Services, Financial Services.
• Experience in ERP or business transformation projects preferred.
• Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus; certifications like ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation are highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, SCM, CRM, and Reporting.
• Familiarity with data migration, workflows, integrations, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tailor solutions to industry-specific requirements.

Experience Required

3–5 years of experience in ERP consulting or business process transformation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
