Marketing Officer Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing, field marketing, and social marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Execute field marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and on-ground activations.
• Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to track KPIs and ROI.
• Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA Specialized in Marketing is Mandatory.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM).
• Hands-on experience in field marketing and event management.
• Expertise in social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
