Job Summary:

Business Central Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and design Business Central solutions.
Configure and implement Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
Lead end-to-end implementations including requirement analysis, design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Provide functional support for enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design solutions, extensions, and integrations.
Conduct workshops, prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, UAT), and train end-users.
Ensure solutions align with best practices, compliance, and business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of proven experience as a
Functional Consultant
in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
.
Strong domain knowledge in
Finance, Trade & Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement
.
Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Hands-on experience in preparing documentation, conducting UAT, and user training.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft certification in Business Central (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Exposure to Azure and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Experience in Manufacturing or Project Accounting modules.
