Job Description

We are seeking a highly logical and detail-oriented business analyst intern to support our data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves managing diverse business data needs, building dynamic reporting structures, automating key workflows in Excel, and helping manage company accounts with a focus on ROI tracking and operational efficiency. You will work directly with the CEO, giving you unique exposure to high-level business strategies, decision-making processes, and real-time operational challenges.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Understand, collect, and organize data from multiple sources such as Shopify, inventory sheets, manufacturing reports, etc.
Build dynamic Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools that auto-fetch and process raw data.
Design data models that reflect live inventory, daily sales metrics, production planning, and ROI evaluation.
Automate repetitive data processes using Excel functions, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros where needed.
Track SKU-wise performance, sales trends, and supply chain metrics across verticals.
Create insightful, easy-to-read reports for cross-functional teams and leadership.
Assist in managing and analyzing company financial/accounting data to derive ROI and profitability metrics.
Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their data requirements and build usable solutions.
Continuously optimize and simplify data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
