Responsibilities

3. Resolve Queries & Ensure Smooth Experience: Efficiently handle customer issues via calls, WhatsApp, and email, turning challenges into positive interactions.

4. Analyze & Report: Maintain detailed conversation records, track key retention metrics, and contribute ideas for improving customer lifetime value.

Qualifications
