Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Analyst with 1–2 years of hands-on experience (not freshers) to support leadership in strategic and operational decision-making. This is a high-ownership role — you’ll work closely with top management (including the CEO) to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive execution across departments.

This isn’t a checkbox role. We’re looking for someone who understands the “why” behind the work, brings clarity to chaos, and ensures that no task falls through the cracks.

• Analyse business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate unstructured problems into structured solutions and actionable plans
• Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on tasks and close loops
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and recommend improvements
• Act as a right hand to the CEO or leadership team, helping them stay focused by taking operational load off their plate
• Maintain and track key metrics in Excel/Sheets, and ensure timely delivery of reports
  

• 2 years of work experience in a Business Analyst or Strategy/Operations role
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
• Basic understanding of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (optional but good to have)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sharp analytical thinking and quick decision-making ability
• Proven ability to get things done independently, without hand-holding
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Prior experience in a startup or working closely with founders / senior stakeholders
