Responsiabilities

• Ability to identify use cases in their respective industries that can and need to be digitized.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to design mockup screens based on the requirements.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations is an added advantage.
• Having good knowledge of Agile & Scrum Methodology is preferred.
• Ability to understand technology and work to build applications that best uses the underlying technology.
• Working closely with stakeholders to help identify business issues & enable them with insights from data through application of analytical techniques and recommend solutions
• Integrate data from multiple sources systems to form coherent views that would enable complex analysis
• Effectively managing stakeholder communication on the insights & metrics developed, either verbally or in writing
• Continue to push stakeholders to think big in developing or re-design current BI applications that can create transformational business impact

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or in the related field. The maximum is 15 years. Global Industry knowledge is essential.
• Domain/Business Knowledge: Manufacturing/Automotive: Global Markets - Good Knowledge in Dispute Management, Fund, Investment Banking.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Flexibility to travel onsite
• Strong communication skills
• MBA from a top-tier college university with highly relevant work experience
• Track record of complex projects with multiple stakeholders completed successfully
• Work experience in BPM space
• Passion for technology and for pushing new concepts, products, and services
• A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & dispersed team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
