Role Overview We are hiring a Business Analyst who thinks like a Product Strategist and understands technology like a Solution Architect . This isn’t just a documentation role — it’s a strategic position where you'll work directly with clients, product teams, and developers to shape and deliver next-gen digital products. Key Responsibilities Business Understanding & Discovery Lead client discussions to uncover business goals, pain points, and growth opportunities. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Requirement Engineering Create structured, comprehensive documents such as BRD, SRS, user flows, and feature matrices. Define user stories, epics, and MVP feature sets aligned with business objectives. Technical Bridging Collaborate with solution architects and developers to shape scalable, future-ready solutions. Break down business problems into clear, logical, and technically sound features and flows. Contribute to discussions on APIs, database design, and system architecture. Strategic Alignment Participate in product roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and UAT. Suggest feature enhancements, prioritizations, or UX improvements based on data and domain logic. Ensure all deliverables align with client vision and tech team capability. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years as a Business Analyst / Product Strategist / Solution Consultant in a tech-first company. Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong understanding of system design principles (frontend/backend, APIs, data flow). Proficiency in tools: JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma, Draw.io, MS Office/Google Suite. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, visual (flows, wireframes). Ability to think from both user and technical perspectives. Good to Have Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase). Hands-on experience working with UX/UI teams or tech leads. Exposure to estimating timelines and sprint planning. Analytical skills using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or custom dashboards. Who You Are A strategic thinker who goes beyond task lists.
