We’re looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React Native and the MERN stack to join our remote team. If you're passionate about crafting seamless user experiences across both mobile and web platforms, we'd love to meet you. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native . Build and manage full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Create, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend logic. Work on end-to-end features from concept to deployment for both web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and project managers in an Agile environment. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of both front-end and back-end systems. Handle app deployments on App Store , Google Play , and cloud platforms like AWS or Firebase. Write clean, scalable, and testable code, participate in code reviews , and follow best practices. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack and React Native . Strong skills in JavaScript , TypeScript , React.js , Node.js , and MongoDB . Hands-on experience publishing apps on App Store and Google Play Store . Solid understanding of mobile design guidelines and platform-specific UI/UX. Familiarity with Redux , Context API , or other state management libraries. Proficiency in Git , version control, and collaborative development workflows. Experience working with RESTful APIs , third-party libraries, and integration services. Ability to manage cloud-based environments and basic DevOps tools. Nice to Have Experience with Next.js , GraphQL , Socket.io, or Docker . Exposure to Firebase , AWS , or CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). Knowledge of performance optimisation and analytics integration . Prior experience in startups or fast-paced development agencies . Contributions to open-source or an active technical portfolio.
