Job Description

Hiring

Business Analysts

to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary

: INR 12,00,000 - 16,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics daily, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization to gather requirements, communicate insights, and facilitate actionable strategies.
Participate in the design and implementation of operational, supply chain, and risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking and reporting.

Eligibility

2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics purposes.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
