Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Develop process maps, business models, and functional specifications.

Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.

Support project management activities, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT deliverables.

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.

Provide post-implementation support and performance evaluation.

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.

Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and data analysis.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience with requirements management and process documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
