We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents, and be proficient in using Figma for UI/UX collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents
Collaborate with design teams using Figma to visualize workflows and interfaces
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
Support project teams through requirement clarifications and updates

Required education:

MBA / B.Tech / Bsc

Required Skills:

Experience in drafting BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS
Proficiency with Figma and other collaboration tools
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
