We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with proven expertise in generating business throughUpwork and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record ofbidding, client communication, proposal writing, and closing dealsin IT/software services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
Should have knowledge of LinkedIn
Draft customized, high-quality proposals to attract new clients.
Manage client communication, negotiations, and project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
