Role Overview

We are seeking a high-level Business Analyst who specializes in the intersection of Digital Lead Campaigns and Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a "deep-reading" ability to look at campaign data and identify exactly why leads are or are not converting into sales.

Crucially, this person must be able to categorize our B2B portfolio: identifying which partners provide "automatic" recurring business through system-driven flows, and which B2B leads require high-touch focus from our sales team to close. You will be the master of our data, using Advanced Excel to build the reporting infrastructure that drives our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Observation: Deeply analyze Digital Lead Campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to evaluate lead quality vs. lead quantity.
  • Strategic Reporting: Use Advanced Excel to create automated dashboards that track "Lead-to-Cash" journeys, allowing management to see the real ROI of every marketing dollar.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify high-performing lead segments and recommend changes to the sales script or follow-up timing to increase conversion rates.
  • Data Integrity: Audit lead flow from the digital campaign source into the CRM to ensure no data is lost or misattributed.
  • Gap Analysis: Observe and report on discrepancies between campaign spend and actual sales revenue, providing "why" explanations rather than just "what" numbers.

Technical Skills Required

  • Digital Lead Campaigns: Deep understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, CPC, and Conversion Rate). You must understand how digital funnels are structured.
  • Advanced Excel (Expert Level): * Automation: Mastery of Power Query and Macros to handle large datasets.
  • Complex Formulas: Expert use of XLOOKUP, OFFSET, INDIRECT, and nested IFS.
  • Modeling: Ability to build "What-If" analysis models to predict how changing a campaign budget will impact sales.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to build "Slicers" and dynamic charts in Excel that allow the sales team to filter data by campaign, date, or region.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Critical Observation: The ability to spot a trend in a report before it becomes a problem.
  • Strategic Thinking: You don't just report that "leads are down"; you suggest a new strategy to fix it.
  • Technical Translator: You can explain technical digital campaign results to a sales team in a way they understand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,718.10 - ₹67,899.83 per month
