Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst with strong business acumen and hands-on experience working with large-scale data, analytics, and visualization. This role goes beyond pure implementation—you will partner with stakeholders, understand market challenges, define business problems, and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

Build and deliver deep-dive analyses, reports, dashboards, and visualizations for end users

Extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple heterogeneous data sources

Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues across platforms

Design scalable self-service analytics and reporting frameworks

Develop and propose new business metrics for leadership and management reviews

Collaborate with BI engineers and data teams to design and support data infrastructure

Interpret trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable business insights

Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, tax, or related analytical roles

Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management

Advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL processes

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar)

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R

Familiarity with AWS analytics services:

Amazon S3

Amazon Redshift

Amazon EMR

Amazon RDS
