Job Title: Business Analyst – ERP Process Study

Location: Delhi/NCR (Onsite & Remote hybrid)

Project Duration: 8 weeks

Reporting To: Engagement Manager, Agrim Tech Services

Client:


Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and business-savvy Business Analyst to support the ERP advisory project for a major client in the hospitality industry. The analyst will play a critical role in understanding current business processes, conducting fit-gap assessments. This role is ideal for someone with strong documentation skills, ERP awareness (preferably Odoo), and client-facing exposure.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Process Study & Documentation

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with client stakeholders across functions: Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Production, HR, Projects, Services etc
  • Capture detailed “AS-IS” process flows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare process narratives with supporting documentation.

🔹 Fit-Gap Analysis

  • Create the “TO-BE” processes in consultation with the business process owners.
  • Compare existing processes against ERP system capabilities (Odoo).
  • Document functional gaps and propose potential resolutions (e.g., configuration, customization, process change).

🔹 Project Coordination

  • Maintain centralized project documentation repositories.
  • Track workshop schedules, stakeholder inputs, and pending actions.
  • Support preparation of status updates and executive presentations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on ERP or business transformation projects.
  • Exposure to Odoo ERP.
  • Proficiency in business process documentation tools and methods (BPMN, flowcharting, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, retailing
  • Familiarity with Odoo
  • Knowledge of change management principles and solution evaluation frameworks.


Work Mode & Schedule

  • Combination of onsite and remote work as per project plan.
  • Availability during standard business hours and for scheduled workshops.
