Description

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analysis Efforts: Plan and guide subject matter analysis and agile story-writing for product enhancements.
• Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project boundaries and objectives.
• Document Requirements: Capture and prioritize business requirements to align with product goals.
• Model Business Processes: Create and refine business process flow diagrams to visualize workflows.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a knowledge resource for internal and external teams.
• Write Specifications: Develop functional and technical specifications to support agile development.
• Support Implementation: Contribute to deployment planning and execution strategies.
• Assist in Testing: Participate in test plan creation, test case development, and validation of business logic.
• Draft User Documentation: Prepare initial user documentation to support product adoption.

• Technical Skills
  • Proficient in business process modeling
  • Experienced in writing functional and technical specifications
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
