Responsibilities:

• Lead process studies, assessments, and design thinking to identify improvements.
• Gather requirements via JAD/RAD sessions and document them clearly.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, UML diagrams, process flows, data models, user stories.
• Apply Agile/Waterfall practices for effective project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
• Stay updated on process/IT advancements, supporting automation initiatives.
• Use data visualization tools to enhance analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years’ proven experience in Business Analysis, with strong BA methods and techniques.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with web/mobile standards, best practices, and industry trends.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools for requirement management.
• Proficient in creating wireframes using specialized tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
