About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare provider domain, specifically in EMR/EHR, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), patient experience platforms, and value-based care models. The ideal candidate should have contributed to large-scale AI/RPA transformation initiatives for healthcare clients. You will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to design and implement solutions that enhance both patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points

Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities

Serve as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients on technology-driven transformation

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements

Translate complex clinical and administrative processes into clear specifications

Create user stories, workflows, and process models

Solution Collaboration

Work closely with product owners, architects, and developers to shape feasible solutions

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery

Validation & Rollout

Facilitate UAT and solution validation with end users

Support implementation, training, and adoption of new systems or features

Monitor outcomes post-deployment and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider/hospital domain

Strong domain knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, HIS modules (Clinical, Patient, RCM), and digital patient engagement platforms

Deep understanding of value-based care, clinical workflows, and population health

Proven experience in AI/RPA transformation projects in healthcare

Proficiency with Agile methodologies – backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, user stories

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Analytical mindset with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital health transformation (especially AI/RPA-driven programs)

Professional certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CSPO

Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per month
