Essential Qualification

Minimum of 3 (Three) years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Customer Requirement analysis.

Desirable Qualification

ITIL/PRINCE2/TOGAF/CAPM Certification

Essential Experience:

Minimum of 3 (Three) years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Customer Requirement analysis.

Desirable Experience

• In depth experience in speaking to the client requirements and preparing statement of work to the offshore or in housed development team.
• Strong Agile experience in both web and mobile projects.
• Ability to attend project closure meetings with leads.
• Ability to prepare specification document based on client requirements.
• Ability to create proposals and case studies.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, across multiple technical systems and platforms.
• Previous experience managing developers, both in-house and offshore.
• Producing and supporting detailed, key project deliverables, including complex business requirements, throughout the project life cycle.
• Strong analytical and project costing skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Real time experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRS, SOW, NDA, MSA, Capability
• Documentation, Case studies, Proposals, RFP, RFQ, RFT etc.
• Exposure to an effective change management process.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – Should be able to interface with the client, and discuss business requirements with different stakeholders of the projects.
• Excellent client-handling capacity, written and verbal communication skills.
• Analysis Skills – Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be able to analyze business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions for the problem. Ability to go into details and extract specific details regarding functional requirements.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design new business workflows by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Recommend control measures by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
• Documentation Skill – Should be an expert in documenting the requirements gathered from the client in a detailed manner. Essential to have knowledge in preparing business process flowcharts using tools such as visio. Knowledge in preparing Functional, Business, and System Requirement Specification documentation.
• Experience in developing user documentation, providing business support, and training users. Should have good presentation skills.
• Understanding of the latest technologies such as AI, Business Intelligence, Block chain etc. and their use cases will be an added advantage. Experience in using project management and version control tools is preferred.

• Gather business requirement; Create BRD and bring out clarity about the customer requirements
• Construct work flow charts and diagrams; Understand the customer requirements and provide insights about complex business problems through workflows, wireframes and diagrams
• Elicit business requirements and functional requirements, conceptualize business processes, workflows and document them.
• Coordinate between product team, development team, testing team and customer to deliver the right solution
• Conduct Client meetings, brainstorming, and focus group discussion sessions.
• Scope Detailing, and preparation of FRS documents.
• Analyze research papers and publications in the national and international industrial domain, study best practices, and apply in the business processes.
