Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Requirements Management-

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.

Process Analysis & Solution Design-

• Perform current-state (As-Is) process analysis and design future-state (To-Be) workflows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities using frameworks like SIPOC, BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Support solution design discussions with architects, developers, and SMEs.
• Validate feasibility, risk, and alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Support development of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing insights for leadership presentations and strategy recommendations.

Project Execution & Documentation

• Assist in project planning, scope definition, and effort estimation.
• Maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, user stories and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Participate in UAT, defect triage, and release readiness assessments.
