About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can support our strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Corporate Finance, be excellent with numbers, and possess the ability to create dashboards, build proposals, and assist with fundraising activities.


Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Dashboard Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards for business performance tracking.
  • Analyse data trends and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Present concise, data-backed recommendations to support decision-making.

2. Proposal & Presentation Development:

  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs.
  • Ensure proposals are well-structured, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.

3. Fundraising Support:

  • Assist in preparing investor materials, financial models, and due diligence documents.
  • Support leadership in interactions with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen fundraising narratives.

4. Corporate Finance & Business Strategy:

  • Build and analyse financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Create MIS reports and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, cost-benefit studies, and cash-flow assessments.
  • Support in strategic planning, new business evaluation, and business case creation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Business Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, or similar dashboard tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with numbers & financial data.
  • Experience in preparing investor decks, proposals, and business presentations.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, valuation basics, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance, or equivalent, is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a startup, consulting, or fundraising environment.
