Location: GurgaonWork Arrangement: Full-time, Office-based Position Overview-We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager – Sales who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, lead conversion, and lifecycle management of student enrolments. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the sales funnel—from lead generation to onboarding—while also managing a sales team focused on delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Experience in education counselling, aviation, or ed-tech sales will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for international flying schools.Manage leads end-to-end: inquiry, counselling, documentation, and enrolment.Own the student journey from onboarding to visa and pre-departure support.Lead and coach a sales team to meet performance goals.Coordinate with internal teams and partner schools for smooth operations.Maintain CRM data and generate performance reports. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).2–3 years in sales (aviation, education, or study abroad preferred).Strong counselling, CRM, and sales strategy skills.
