ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and define business needs and global requirements to support and grow a multi-instance ServiceNow environment, with a strong focus on Agile processes.
Demonstrate proven expertise in ServiceNow Agile management and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions delivery.
Own the support and enhancement process (Business-as-Usual) for the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (COE), collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Manage and communicate ServiceNow release sprint schedules and provide reporting to stakeholders and COE groups.
Document user stories and scrum tasks with clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Map current ITSM processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements using industry best practices and frameworks such as
Lean
and
ITIL
