This role is vital to supporting data-informed decisions across product and compliance teams. You will work directly with stakeholders to deliver insights, build dashboards, and support business-critical decisions. Python skills are mandatory, and experience working with Compliance teams is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Superset, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting to support business planning and strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align on business metrics and identify areas of improvement.
- Translate business questions into technical queries and data requirements.
- Effectively communicate data findings with clarity and business context.
Product & Process Optimization
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive data-backed recommendations.
- Contribute to automation and scalability efforts for data pipelines and reporting.
Compliance Analytics
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to enhance internal monitoring systems, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Contribute to risk modelling, alert mechanisms, and support audit and reporting needs.
- Prior experience with compliance or regulatory teams is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data-heavy role.
- Mandatory proficiency in Python for automation and analytics.
- Strong command over SQL and BI tools like Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills to share insights with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior exposure to working with Compliance, Risk, or Legal teams is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments is preferred.
