Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lead generation and nurturing campaigns. This role involves analyzing business needs developing strategies and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the companys growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to develop effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that drive customer engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all campaign activities.
Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in campaign management.
Support the development of marketing materials and content for lead nurturing efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing techniques.
Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Have experience in managing marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Display knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Hold a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
