Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and building business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks will include performing data analysis, setting upvthe data strategy, identifying business opportunities, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and producing detailed reports are also essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Business Analysis
• strong proficiency in data management and hands-on experience with data science
• Experience in defining and managing Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• previous experience in the real estate or leasing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Total experience: 1-4 years
