Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a diligent and multifaceted Property Executive to play a crucial role in our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of properties, from verifying new listings for sale and rental, including thorough data and image collection, to acting as a dedicated property manager for our managed portfolio. This role also requires a keen eye for detail for auditing property conditions and the ability to oversee refurbishment projects to ensure properties meet our quality standards. This is a field-intensive role requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. New Property Verification & Onboarding: Conduct on-site visits to new properties intended for sale or rental on our platform. Verify property details, legal documents and specifications. Collect comprehensive data, high-quality photographs, and videos of properties. Prepare detailed verification reports for internal assessment. Property Management: Act as the primary point of contact for allocated properties under our management. Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring they are well-maintained and managed effectively. Coordinate with tenants and owners on maintenance issues, rent collection processes, and other property-related matters Ensure compliance with all property-related regulations and agreements. Property Audits & Condition Evaluation: Conduct regular audits and inspections of managed properties to assess their condition. Identify maintenance needs, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. Refurbishment Project Oversight: Oversee and coordinate refurbishment and renovation projects for properties. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain records of refurbishment work and expenses. Business Growth: Work with co-founders to build the nascent business lines and new services Identify develop and work with local suppliers to deliver the new business operations Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all properties, including verification data, images, inspection reports, and project documentation. Provide regular reports to management on property status, project progress, and other key metrics. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of property verification processes. Knowledge of property management principles and practices. Ability to audit and evaluate property conditions effectively. Experience in overseeing small to medium-scale refurbishment or construction projects. Excellent observational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data collection and digital photography/videography. Good communication (written and verbal in English and Hindi), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, property management software awareness is a plus). Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for local travel Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Delhi NCR would be an advantage.
