Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Executive role located in Pune. The Property Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a high standard of service and maintenance. Duties include managing staff, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repair work, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in property management and facilities management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of maintenance and repair work
Ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
