🔎 About the Role

Atiti Homestays is looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain our premium hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

📝 Key Responsibilities

☑️ Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and ensure smooth functioning.

☑️ Manage staff, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.

☑️ Handle guest check-in/check-out, inquiries, and grievance resolutions.

☑️ Maintain property cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Ensure all bookings are updated accurately on the company app (strictly no offline bookings).

☑️ Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and monthly expense reports.

☑️ Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting as per company policies.

☑️ Ensure high levels of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

☑️ Implement company rules, policies, and inspection protocols.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred).

Prior experience in Hospitality / Guest House / Hotel Management is an advantage.

Strong communication, management, and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with hospitality apps/software.
