Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage listings on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.)
  • Optimize property descriptions, photos, pricing, and offers for maximum visibility
  • Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Manage SEO, website updates, and Google Business Profiles
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to improve online conversions
  • Analyze performance metrics, occupancy trends, and ROI reports
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure a smooth online booking experience


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or OTA Management (Hospitality preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of property listing optimization and digital analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
