🔹 Role Overview

Accountant

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations using

    Zoho Books

    .
  • Maintain accurate financial records: invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and receipts.
  • Handle

    Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

    with timely follow-ups.
  • Perform

    bank reconciliation, ledger updates, and cash flow tracking

    .
  • Prepare

    monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

    (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS).
  • Ensure compliance with

    GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

    .
  • Coordinate with operations and property teams for billing and expense verification.
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and financial data management.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

    .

  • Mandatory experience in Zoho Books (minimum 1 year).

  • Strong understanding of

    GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliation

    .
  • Advanced knowledge of

    MS Excel

    & financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in

    Hospitality industry

    is an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
