We’re Hiring – Property Executive (Real Estate – Residential / Commercial / Personal Properties) 🏢

🔹 Role Summary:

 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Executive to oversee the end-to-end management of residential, commercial, and personal properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tenant coordination, lease management, property upkeep, record maintenance, and supporting leasing activities to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage tenant relations, lease agreements (new & renewals), and timely rent collection.

 • Coordinate maintenance schedules, utility charges, and billing follow-ups.

 • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.

 • Maintain accurate records of all property agreements and transactions.

 • Generate leads for properties available on rent and assist in the leasing process.

 • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and resolve concerns.

🔹 Requirements:

 ✔ 2–3 years of experience in property management (residential/commercial/personal)

 ✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

 ✔ Proficient in MS Office and property record management.

 ✔ Ability to multitask.

 ✔ High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
