Real Estate Sales Executive cum Customer Relations Handler


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Management:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:

     Proactively generate leads through various channels including online portals, social media and cold calling. Follow up diligently on leads provided by the company.
  • Client Consultation:

     Understand client requirements, property details and detail our offering to them.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

     Skillfully negotiate terms of sale and prices between the company and the client to close deals successfully.
  • Sales Documentation:

     Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, including agreements ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Market Research:

     Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property market to provide accurate information to clients.
  • CRM Management:

     Maintain and update a detailed database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

2. Customer Response & Relationship Management:

  • First Point of Contact:

     Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
  • Prompt & Professional Communication:

     Provide timely, accurate, and detailed information about our offerings, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Query Resolution:

     Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Sales Support:

     Maintain a strong relationship with clients post-sale, assisting them with quick first response.
  • Feedback Collection:

     Systematically gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our sales process and customer service.
  • Building Rapport:

     Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

     12th Pass, Graduates preferred.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing or customer service role is highly advantageous.
  • Skills:

  • Communication:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

     Strong negotiation, persuasion, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:

     A genuine passion for helping customers and solving their problems.
  • Sales Acumen:

     A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
