Job Location: Pune, India

Work Setup: 5 days on-site (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with strong project management capabilities to join our team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery through effective analysis, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status and findings.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Create detailed documentation including business cases, user stories, and test plans.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and project performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
