Our Vision :

Agrim is an asset-light agri-inputs e-commerce platform for retailers. We recently raised $20.5 million in Series B funding from Asia Impact and BII to enhance our technology, expand our product offerings, and scale operations.

Our journey:

Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs

marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals,

Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India,

with 10% of the overall customer universe already on-boarded on the platform.

Having closed our Series B round of funding (to be announced publicly in the coming

weeks) with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM

graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of

the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes,

e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and

experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to own the development of data reports, build intuitive analytics dashboards, and work closely with business, product and engineering teams to manage end-to-end data streams.

This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology—turning raw data into insights that drive strategic decision-making across the company.

Requirements

l Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements

l 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.

l Strong proficiency in SQL and Python(PostgreSQL/MySQL/BigQuery/Snowflake).

l Proficiency in Building Dashboards enabling Business Impact

l You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away

l A keen learner and willing to adapt to new environments

Good to Have Requirements

l Experience with Python for analytics or automation.

l Knowledge of AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda) or GCP/Azure equivalents.

l Familiarity with event-based systems like Mixpanel

l Understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).

l Exposure to version control (Git) and documentation tools.
