Job Overvie w Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Andheri East Industry : Manufacturing Salary - 10 LPA sharmila.kumar@corporatecomrade.com Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Business/Finance Sales Analyst) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making processes, enabling profitable strategic growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1.Business Analysis & Insights: oGather, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to drive revenue and contribution margin growth from existing and new customers within the synthetic ropes and nets market. oDevelop actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and objectives. oAnalyse and recommend customer level sales strategies to optimize contribution to the company 2.Market Research: oConduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. oPrepare reports and presentations to support business development and marketing efforts. 3.Process Optimization: oAnalyse existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operations. 4.Requirement Gathering: oLiaise with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects and initiatives. oTranslate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. 5.Performance Metrics: oDefine and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives. oDevelop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics regularly. oAssist sales leadership and the sales team with Sales Funnel implementation, management, monitoring, accuracy and interpretation of KPI’s to optimize growth and profitability. 6.Project Support: oAssist in planning and execution of strategic projects. oAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Qualifications and Skills: •Education: oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. •Experience: o4–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries. •Technical Skills: oProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). oKnowledge of ERP systems and business process tools. oExperience with modern database management and data integration solutions (e.g. Mulesoft, Informatica, Azure Data Factory) •Soft Skills: oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. oAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Business/Finance Sales Analyst) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making processes, enabling profitable strategic growth and operational excellence.
